A contemporary garden studio and refurbishment of an existing listed Georgian villa, this extension replaced a lack lustre conservatory.  Filled with natural light, the space improves access to the rear garden celebrating key vistas from within the floor plan to the garden beyond.

 Materials were chosen to acknowledge the listed nature of the building whilst being expressed in a contemporary manner.  The larch cladding will eventually go a silver grey to match the sandstone of the existing building.  A sedum roof completes the building enhancing views from the apartments above.
