Most of the personal information that we collect is provided to us directly by you through completion interaction with our website and social media platforms. More detailed information is collected and processed through our Appointment procedures should you or your business, become a Client of Novo Design Studios Ltd.
On occasion we will also receive or seek personal information indirectly from the following sources in the following scenarios;
Financial information through Credit Check agencies;
Social Media platforms;
Local Authority registers
We use the information collected in order to discharge our obligations to you as Architects as per the terms of our Appointment with you or your business. We also use the information collected to target appropriate marketing and information to you.

Our policy is to not share information with other organisations other than when required to discharge our Professional Obligations to you or your business as per the terms of our Appointment Contract with You.

HOW WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your information is securely stored on our Internal and External data servers. These servers are password protected with 2 factor authentication protocols in place. No data is stored in physical files unless specifically required by contractual agreements between Novo Design Studios Ltd and You as our Client.
We keep all information gathered for a period of up to 12 years as per the terms of our Professional Indemnity Insurance policies and Appointment documentation.
All information is securely destroyed electronically or via secure incineration if physical documents are retained.
